Part Board and Leases
Lease & Part Boarding:
Lease and Part boarding is a great program for the intermediate - advanced riders. This is suited for a rider wanting to get more saddle time, and not have all the added costs of owning a horse.
Riders under 16 years of age require a supervisor ( parent or guardian over 18 with a phone and vehicle ). Practice rides are 30-40 mins long where riders can practice their lesson skills in one of our rings. Riders cannot jump without a coach.
Standard Part Board starts at $360 + hst per month. 1 group lesson or 30 min private lesson and 1 practice ride per week. practice rides are 30-40 min duration long.Tack included and use of all amenities. Part boarders will get first choice to horse for shows and clinics- free rides must be used within the month and booked around the lesson program.
Advanced Part Board starts at $450 + hst. 1 group lesson or 30 min private lesson and 2 practice ride per week. Practice rides are between 30-40 mins duration. Tack included and use of all amenities. Part boarders will get first choice to horse for shows and clinics- free rides must be used within the month.
Full Lease: $625+ hst per month , Unlimited access to that horse for a year. Includes tack, access to tack room and all amenities, medical care.(poly not included*) Lessons and board are not included and a minimum of 4 lessons a month is required.
We offer horses for sale or lease. Leases can be on property or off property depending on needs of the horse and leaser. Please refer to the sale ads to find out more details about each horse that is available.
