Indoor board includes:

- daily turn in and out
- unlimited hay at all times (inside and outside)
- grain twice daily
- small group turnout (4 to 7 horses) in paddocks that are fenced with electro braid equine fencing and/or wooden board fences, with hay and auto waters
Outdoor board includes:
- unlimited hay at all times
- grain once daily
- small group turnout (4 to 7 horses) in paddocks that are fenced with electro braid equine fencing and/or wooden board fences, with hay and auto waters
All boarders have access to:
- 4 crosstie areas
- heated tack room and bathroom
- hot and cold water all year round
- outdoor wash stalls (hot and cold water)
- 200 x 225 outdoor fenced arena
- 80 x 200 indoor arena
- trails and fields on property
- cross country jumps and mountain trail obstacles on property
