Miss Beau-tiful, 2022 Registered CSHA filly by Beau Balou out of Premium bred Oldenburg Mare, Regina bred by David Burke. The sire, Beau Balou is a multi-discipline stallion, having enough movement for the highest levels of dressage, but also shows tremendous jumping ability. He is currently being developed for a career in the hunter ring; however, he has consistently shown enough scope and carefulness to be a good jumper. Hunter Derbies will likely be his forte. At 3 years of age he won his CW Licensing in 2018, and placed second in the Stallion Approval Test, earning him lifetime approval. At only 4, he continues to add to his already-impressive resume through show results in the Development Hunters and a phenomenal score of 8.28 at the North American Stallion Sport Test. His canter is superb, as is his mind. He has completed two Stallion Performance Tests: one for the Canadian Warmblood Horse Breeders Association, and also the North American Sport Stallion Test in 2019. His marks are consistently over 8 across the board, with 9s and even 10s for canter, scope, walk, character and temperament. He should not be discounted by dressage breeders who are looking to add more "jump" to their horses' canter. We are excited to see his first crop of foals in 2020! He brings a coefficient of almost 49% "Blood" to the table, which perfectly complements his solid bone and quiet temperament. He is licensed Hann, GOV, & Westf.
