Melanie Hale is a licensed Equine Canada hunter/jumper Coach, and centered riding instructor. She graduated from the Equine Science program at Humber College. The program consists of but not limited to horse anatomy, physiology, health, nutrition, breeding, and behavior, lameness and confirmation faults, blemishes and treatment. She also worked on Racetracks with thoroughbreds training/ exercising, caring and showing breed stock in Toronto and Kentucky.
She has mentored under Tracy Edwards who is a 3rd level eventing coach and FEI Judge. Melanie has also ridden and gained knowledge for several years with Annaliese Farber 3rd Level Dressage coach.
Her passion is breeding warmbloods and Warmblood crosses and developing young stock.
Her daughter is her inspiration and keeps her active in the sport in the jumper ring.
Melanie has many years' experiences working with horses growing up on 150-acre farm and always gravitating to horses in some way. It all started breaking out Belgians for her dad to ride and drive, she used Parelli techniques and training witch she still uses to bring along horses in training. Melanie takes great pride in quality care to horses, she is picky with the horse's condition and will go out of her way to make sure the horse is in top condition to perform.
